Minis of the Blue Ridge

All my life, I have been fascinated with miniature items whether it be doll houses, food, erasers or ornaments. There is something that catches my eye when it comes to being miniature. Maybe it was because I was always almost the shortest kid in my class growing up or maybe it’s just my curious nature. When I came across the idea of mini paintings, I thought this is perfect. Not everyone has room to hang a large paintings but, everyone can use an extra decor item for their bookshelf. Sure enough, I have sold more minis than large canvas pieces. It brings me a lot of joy to create my mini paintings because it reminds me of my childhood and where I am now living in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains
